Ordering by phone?
Question:
I need to order a lot of frames or gifts, this will take me a long time online, can I order by phone or is there any other way to order?
Answer:
Our order system is simple to use and most people can choose and send a gift within 5-10 minutes. Should you wish to order multiple frames or gifts (for instance as wedding favours), or just prefer to speak to someone, we can take orders over the phone. You can also email us with your contact details and we will call you back to discuss your order.

Delivery times?
Question:
I need my gift to get there quickly, how long will it take?
Answer:
Our standard delivery time is 3-5 days. We do however have a Next Day Delivery option that guarantees that your gift will arrive the following day, as long as you order by 2pm.

Personal Message
Question:
How will the recipient know that the gift is from me? Can I send them a message to accompany my gift?
Answer:
When you order, you will be asked if you wish to include a personal message on a gift card. You can then type your message. One of our team will carefully hand write your message onto a Gift Philosophy card and place it under the ribbon on your gift.

Free gift wrapping?
Question:
Is the luxury gift wrapping free and is it included with every gift?
Answer:
The presentation of our gifts is extremely important to us and our luxury gift wrapping is completely free. Every single item sent by Gift Philosophy is gift wrapped (even if you are buying something for yourself!).

Breakages?
Question:
As the many of the producst, (especially the photo frames) have glass in them, are they likely to break in the post?
Answer:
Every frame is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in one of our rigid, luxury gift boxes. It is then surrounded with bubble wrap or polystyrene chips and put in an outer box. Frames can of course be damaged in the post, but it rarely happens and were it to do so, we would send an immediate replacement, free of charge.
